The Event Sales Coordinator plays a key role in driving revenue growth through proactive business development and event execution. This position focuses heavily on generating out-of-store leads, building community relationships, and creating new opportunities through a “boots on the ground” approach. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, organized, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.

Experience:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • 2+ years of experience in Sales, Event Planning, or Brand Ambassador roles (Hospitality preferred)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and lead generation quotas.
  • Experience in "cold" outreach and community networking.

Skills: 

  • Handles stress and fast paced environment well.
  • Performance driven mindset and relentless approach to quality and standards.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
  • Self-starter with a high level of independence and accountability for results.
What you will be doing:
  • Always live by our Core Values and use these values in communicating and holding team members accountable.
  • Responsible for recruiting management and supporting hourly roles at the store level with top talent that live by our core values.
  • Train and brief front-of-house staff on upcoming event details to ensure seamless execution and a unified guest experience.
  • Manage the end-to-end event lifecycle, from initial inquiry and contract signing to final payment and post-event follow-up.
  • Maintain an organized CRM (Customer Relationship Management) database to track leads, follow-ups, and repeat bookings.
  • Review post-event feedback and financial performance to ensure the event met both the guest’s expectations and the company's margin goals.
